400 Level Student of Fed. Uni. Ebonyi Receives Tuition from ECK Foundation

A 400-level Student of Federal University, Ndufu Alike, Ikwo in Ebonyi State, Miss Glory Oluchi Sunday has received a total sum of 60 thousand Naira to pay her school fees from the ECK Foundation.

Miss Gloria who is a native of Umuobiala in Isuikwuato and a student of the Guidance and Counseling Department said, the money would go a long way to add value to her academic achievement and expressed gratitude to the founder of the ECK Foundation, Chief Dr Emeka Kalu for his love, support as well as commitment to enhancing the livelihood of the vulnerable ones through his foundation and encouraged him not to relent in his undertakings.

She pointed out that fulfilling her academic pursuit would enable her to contribute meaningfully to society, adding that investing in Education should be one of the factors that needs to be prioritized by the Government, Non-Governmental Organisations and other stakeholders. She promised to give back to the society through commitment and seriousness in her academic endeavors.

Responding while presenting the token to the recipient, The Representative of ECK Foundation, Mr Michael Kalu noted that charity, devotion and compassion are factors that characterize the ECK Foundation and reiterated the commitment of the foundation to always carry people along in their scheme of things.

He noted that the Foundation, which is led by Chief Dr Emeka Kalu will strengthen the cordiality and philanthropic gesture and thanked God for allowing Chief Emeka Kalu to extend hands of fellowship to those in the downtrodden.
