Business mogul and philanthropist, Tein T.S. Jack-Rich (CON), has felicitated with former President Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan (GCFR) on the occasion of his 68th birthday, describing him as a rare statesman whose life embodies peace, humility, and democratic values.
