Dr. Olugu Ukpai, Chief Executive Officer of Challenge AIDS and Malaria in Africa (CHAMA), a Canadian based Humanitarian organization has congratulated the Chairman of E.C.K Foundation Worldwide on the successful House Warning ceremony that attracted dignitaries from Abia State and beyond.
