In furtherance of the resolves of Chief Dr. Emeka Kalu while setting up ECK Foundation, the foundation is about to inter into a new partnership of hope with Kpang Sanwi Chiefdom because the aim of the foundation is to touch as many lives as possible through charity, sponsorship scholarships and empowerment.

Recall that during the last Yuletide, the foundation engaged in many social activities to improve the lives of the people from providing food and cash donations to women in Abia and Anambra States, to organizing a heated football tournament where talents were discovered to be sponsored.  They have taken it a notch higher by extending the hands of fellowship to  community in Taraba State.

The announcement was contained in circular and documents sent to OHAFIATV News by the community leadership.

Their circular read:

The resolution reached during the meeting are:

After consulting with our advisers over the difficulties faced by vulnerable widows in our community and lack of public address system in our Chiefdom palace, we decide to buy Maggi, salt, Omo, with little cash to support them. We are going to look for most vulnerable widows in the community.

Also, we will buy public address system for the palace because whenever they are having meeting the palace rent it for program.

We are going to do stickers and flyers with ECK foundation on it and present it to HRH Kpang Sanwi Chiefdom and the vulnerable widows in the community.
By so doing we will connect ECK foundation with the palace as one of the direct beneficiary of ECK foundation and HRH will bless ECK foundation.

The exercise books His Excellency the Executive Governor of Taraba State flag off distribution of free exercise books and writing materials to all public primary school in Taraba State that’s why we decide to change the program from exercise books to vulnerable widows and public address system to the palace.

After considering the gravity of the forlorn state of things as depicted in the short notice, the President of ECK Foundation, Chief Dr. Emeka Kalu, has stepped up to the challenge to bring sucur to the people by doing everything within his powers to ensure the people gets a new lease to life.

He promised to continue to engage the community leadership, women and youths to understand better things that will give them opportunities beyond living to survive daily to a more meaningful existence and better life.
