To the glory of God, the much-anticipated collaboration between the two gigantic NGOs, the IG Aguowo Foundation and the ECK Foundation, has come to an end. It is anticipated that this positive development will instill new hope in underprivileged and impoverished pupils regarding access to high-quality education and healthcare services, thereby reinforcing the imperative to end poverty via education and good health.
The President of ECK Foundation, Chief Dr. Emeka Kalu, responded to the proposal of IG Aguowo Foundation in an official letter dated January 27, 2024. He expressed optimism and the readiness of his foundation to collaborate with a reputable counterpart like IG Aguowo Foundation to provide hope to the people, which is, of course, the foundation’s primary goal.
The ECK Foundation President personally signed the letter, which said among other things:
“On January 25, 2024, you submitted a proposal to our foundation asking for potential collaborations to help as many underprivileged and destitute people as possible escape poverty by providing access to high-quality healthcare and education. We have received your proposal.
“By giving care and support to those in need, we are focused on Strengthening Humanity as a matter of principle and in line with our underlying beliefs for founding ECK Foundation. To God’s glory and the delight of many, we have accomplished great progress in a short amount of time via our deeds.
At ECK Foundation, we are strong proponents of the value of cooperation and a shared vision in creating networks of support that enhance humanitarian endeavours and foster resilience on all fronts.
You have issued a clear call to action for us to save as many lives as possible with your suggestion.Given this, we would like to consider your proposal for a cooperation as a positive step forward, as we are ready to keep working hard to free many from the chains of poverty by providing high-quality education to protect future generations.
“With this affirmation, the future of many intelligent but less opportune students have been sealed for better opportunity in life” .
